Job Purpose
The Responsibility of this role is to ensuring safety operation in the plant and he support to production team for continuous operation without breakdown.
Principal Accountabilities
- Continuous monitoring of all the Critical Control Points and Operational Prerequisite Program equipments.
- Focus on continuous operation and maintenance activity in the plant.
- Prepare Preventive Maintenance schedule and follow the Preventive Maintenance activity as per the schedule.
- Fault-finding and repair of plant, systems and equipment
- Modifies, repairs or replaces plant, systems and equipment
- Participates in Risk Assessments as part of Integrated Secure System Of Work (SAP) Permit to Work preparation
- Prepares reports on work done.
- Performing Validation of new installed equipment.
- Carried out testing and Maintenance activity.
