Role Description The Recruitment Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. This role involves managing end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions within KRG’s financial and advisory ecosystem.

The Recruitment

Specialist will coordinate and conduct interviews, collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements,



and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining talent pipelines, managing recruitment documentation, supporting onboarding and initial training coordination, and using data to improve recruitment efficiency and quality. The role also requires close alignment with KRG’s 4C Model, engaging with colleges, candidates, and consultants to build and sustain a strong talent network.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Recruiting and Hiring skills, including experience managing end-to-end talent acquisition processes.
- Candidates should possess effective Interviewing and candidate assessment skills to evaluate fit for roles across financial and advisory domains.
- Candidates should possess clear and qualified Communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with stakeholders and candidates.
- Candidates should possess Training and onboarding support capabilities to help new hires integrate smoothly into the organization.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field are preferred.
- Experience in recruitment for consulting, finance, or knowledge-driven organizations is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, handle multiple mandates, and use HR tools or ATS platforms effectively.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to ethical, fair, and non-discriminatory recruitment practices.
