About the Role

Marconix Sales Solutions is looking for a hands-on Recruitment Manager to own end-to-end Talent Acquisition for our Bangalore office. This is a high-ownership, generalist role suited to someone who enjoys both the strategic and operational sides of HR — from full-cycle recruitment and stakeholder management to HR operations, compliance, employee engagement, and building a strong workplace culture from the ground up.

What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: requirement intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and set hiring timelines
- Source active and passive candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, IIMJobs), employee referrals, and professional networks
- Conduct screening interviews to assess skills, experience, communication, and culture fit
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and upcoming hiring needs
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS/HRMS
- Deliver a solid candidate experience at every touchpoint, from first contact to day one

Employee Relations & Engagement

- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances; escalate and resolve issues professionally
- Design and drive employee engagement initiatives to improve satisfaction and reduce attrition
- Support performance management cycles, including goal-setting, appraisals, and feedback processes
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning aligned to business growth

What You'll Need

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
- 1 year of experience Recruitment,
- Strong hands-on experience with full-cycle recruitment and sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms)
- Working knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity)
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficiency with HRMS/ATS tools and MS Excel/Google Sheets for HR reporting
- Prior experience supporting employee engagement or culture-building initiatives is a plus

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
