Role Purpose
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment and build robust relationships with clients and candidates. The role requires excellent communication,
multitasking ability and a strong commitment to delivering quality talent within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from understanding client requirements to candidate joining.
- Coordinate with clients to understand roles, specifications, experience and expectations.
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates through relevant channels.
- Manage interviews, feedback, candidate follow-ups, negotiations and offer closures.
- Handle multiple requirements simultaneously and ensure timely candidate submissions.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS and regular status updates.
- Support internal recruitment and HR activities as required.
