Role Description This Recruitment Specialist – HR Sales and Marketing internship is a hybrid role based in Bhopal, with some flexibility for work from home. The intern will support end-to-end recruitment activities for sales and marketing roles, including sourcing candidates from various platforms, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

Daily responsibilities include assisting with interview scheduling, maintaining candidate databases, and communicating with applicants and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring process.



The role also involves collaborating with HR and hiring managers to understand role requirements, contributing to job postings and recruitment campaigns, and supporting onboarding and basic training activities for selected candidates. This is an internship position designed to provide hands-on exposure to HR, talent acquisition, and recruitment processes within an EdTech environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Recruiting and Hiring skills, with the ability to assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for sales and marketing roles.
- Candidates should possess effective Interviewing and Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and a professional, candidate-focused approach.
- Candidates should possess foundational Training and onboarding support skills, with the ability to help coordinate induction sessions and basic orientation activities.
- Candidates should demonstrate good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in maintaining records and follow-ups.
- Candidates should be comfortable using digital tools and platforms (e.g., job portals, spreadsheets, video conferencing tools) for recruitment and coordination.
- A background in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields (ongoing studies or recent graduation) is preferred.
- Interest in EdTech, sales, and marketing domains, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a quick-paced environment.
