Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and bulk hiring for various business requirements, primarily across BPO, Telesales, Customer Service and Sales roles.

The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and screening skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned vacancies.
- Handle bulk/volume hiring for Telesales, Customer Service, Sales and BPO roles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, social media, employee referrals, databases and walk-ins.
- Screen candidates based on experience, communication skills, salary expectations and job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and explain the job profile, salary, shift timings and other requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Manage candidate pipeline from sourcing to selection and joining.
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure offer acceptance and joining.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, MIS and daily hiring reports.
- Coordinate with business/TL/HR teams regarding manpower requirements.
- Maintain candidate database for current and future requirements.




- Support walk-in drives, recruitment campaigns and other hiring initiatives.
- Ensure proper documentation and smooth onboarding of selected candidates.

Required Skills
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Good knowledge of recruitment portals, especially Naukri.
- Ability to handle bulk hiring and multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and candidate engagement skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 year of experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in BPO, Telesales, Customer Service or Sales hiring will be preferred.
- Candidates from recruitment consultancy/staffing backgrounds with bulk hiring experience can also be considered.
- Should be comfortable working with recruitment targets and deadlines.
