Roles and Responsibilities :

- Source top talent for sales, corporate & factory positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.

- Conduct initial screenings of resumes to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the role.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.

- Manage multiple openings simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality results.

- Managing interview scheduling, follow up with candidates & stakeholders till the closure of the position within TAT.

Job Requirements :

- 4-5 years of experience in sales, corporate & factory related hiring or talent acquisition within the manufacturing industry.

- Proven track record of successfully filling critical vacancies using innovative sourcing strategies.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build robust relationships with clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.

- Should have experience in managing recruitment database, trackers, reports etc.
