✅ Experience: Strictly 0 years / Entry-level. Designed ONLY for Freshers, HR Graduates (BBA/MBA/Post-Grads), or candidates returning to the workforce after a career break (maternity/family). Experienced recruiters will be automatically filtered out.

✅ Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields (Completed or Final Year).

✅ Training Framework: Willingness to undergo a structured 2 to 3-month evaluation & training program (duration determined by your academic background: 2 months for HR/Management grads, up to 3 months for non-HR grads) to build core recruitment skills before unlocking paid stipend milestones.

✅ Core Skills: Strong spoken and written English, foundational talent acquisition awareness, confident telephonic screening ability, and high self-discipline for a target-driven remote environment.

✅ Software & Tools: Working proficiency in LinkedIn (Verified Account required) and Google Sheets / MS Excel.

✅ Schedule & Shift: 100% availability for fixed corporate shift from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Weekly off is fixed on Sunday. Zero hourly flexibility.

✅ Logistics & Equipment: Must own a working laptop, high-speed home internet with power backup, complete a 1-time identity KYC check prior to onboarding, and set up a separate professional work email ID on your own for candidate outreach.

? Core Responsibilities

✔️ Candidate Sourcing: Search resume databases, LinkedIn, and social platforms using target keywords and search strings.

✔️ Profile Screening: Review incoming applications against complex technical and corporate job descriptions.

✔️ Telephonic Vetting: Conduct preliminary phone interviews daily to assess candidate communication skills, location eligibility, and shift comfort.

✔️ Data Tracking: Maintain accurate, real-time candidate metrics and recruitment pipelines in Google Sheets.

✔️ Interview Coordination: Organize and schedule interview slots, sending qualified calendar invites between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.
