Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Recruiter with 6 months to 1 year of experience to support end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication, candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination skills.

Non-IT recruitment experience is preferred; however, candidates with IT recruitment experience can also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, salary, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening and coordinate interviews.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate salary discussions and joining formalities.
- Maintain proper recruitment documentation and reports.




- Work towards achieving recruitment targets and timely closures.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust candidate sourcing and screening abilities.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring practices.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and job portals.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 6 months – 1 year of recruitment experience.
- Non-IT recruitment experience is preferred.
- Candidates with IT recruitment experience may also be considered.
- Freshers with relevant recruitment internship experience may be considered based on skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
