About the Role

We’re looking for a result-oriented Recruiter who can manage end-to-end recruitment, source quality candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure timely closure of positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals & social media
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews
- Coordinate candidate and client interviews
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Handle multiple job requirements simultaneously
- Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closures
- Maintain candidate records in the ATS
- Build strong candidate relationships and networks

Requirements





- 2+ years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Positive negotiation and relationship-management skills
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, job portals & recruitment tools
- Sales, FMCG, or Retail recruitment experience is an added advantage
