About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

Recruiter with 2–4 years of experience in

Non-IT recruitment

. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring successful closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various Non-IT roles across different functions and levels.

- Understand hiring requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies accordingly.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other channels

.

- Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, location, compensation, and role requirements.

- Conduct initial telephonic/video screening and assess candidate suitability.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, documentation, and joining formalities.





- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of relevant candidates for current and future requirements.

- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide market insights.

- Meet defined hiring targets, turnaround times, and closure timelines

Required Skills

- 2–4 years of experience in

Non-IT recruitment/Talent Acquisition

.

- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment

.

- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.

- Good knowledge of recruitment portals and LinkedIn.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously

.

- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
