Job Responsibilities
- Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment records and reports.
- Follow up with candidates until joining.
- Meet hiring targets within timelines.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0 to 2 years of recruitment experience.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and job portals.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary: 18,000 - 20,000 per month
