About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team in Mumbai. This pivotal role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes within the manufacturing, data centre, semiconductor, and BioPharma sectors. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for roles that are crucial to the technological and industrial advancement of these sectors.

Your responsibilities will include developing strategic sourcing plans, engaging with niche talent pools, and collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and deliver exceptional candidates. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in technical recruitment within manufacturing, data centres, semiconductors, or BioPharma industries. A strong understanding of industry-specific roles and skill sets is essential.

You should be familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS),



preferably Bullhorn, and have experience utilizing various sourcing tools and platforms to identify top talent. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for engaging with candidates and clients effectively. The candidate must demonstrate strong organizational abilities, adaptability, and a goal-oriented mindset, with a passion for achieving recruitment targets.

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Responsibilities In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

- Industry-Focused Hiring: Sourcing and placing highly qualified professionals in manufacturing, cleanroom operations, data centre management, and life sciences roles.
- Strategic Sourcing: Employing innovative sourcing techniques across job boards, social media platforms, and industry networks to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Candidate Engagement: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with niche talent pools, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- ATS Management: Keeping the applicant tracking system updated with job postings, candidate statuses, interview notes, and feedback to ensure smooth recruitment workflows.
- Client Collaboration: Working closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, provide recruitment advice, and ensure the delivery of high-quality candidates.
- Event Participation: Representing NES Fircroft at industry-specific job fairs, seminars,



and networking events to attract top talent and promote our brand.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensuring all recruitment activities adhere to company standards, industry regulations, and best practices to maintain integrity and quality.
- Performance Metrics: Achieving and exceeding recruitment KPIs, including placement targets, time-to-fill, and candidate quality benchmarks.
