About The Role

Candidate Engagement: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with niche talent pools,



engaging candidates through personalized communication and providing a positive candidate experience.

ATS Management: Keep the recruitment database updated with accurate job postings, candidate statuses, interview notes, and feedback to streamline the hiring process.

Client Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, provide market insights, and deliver suitable candidates within agreed timelines.

Event Participation: Represent NES Fircroft at industry-specific job fairs, conferences, and networking events to enhance our brand presence and attract top talent.

Compliance & Quality: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to company standards, legal requirements, and industry regulations, maintaining high-quality hiring practices.

KPI Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed recruitment targets related to time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction metrics.
