Recruiter 1 Year + Experience
1+ year of experience in IT/Technology Recruitment
Hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment
Basic experience hiring for Software Development, Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Data Science, Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, and other technology roles
Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and offer coordination
Good understanding of IT skills, job requirements, and candidate profiles
Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet hiring timelines
Robust sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other talent channels
Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
Ability to work in a target-driven recruitment environment
Candidates with corporate/IT recruitment experience will be preferred
Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred
