Position: Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly, qualified, and customer-oriented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers visiting our Honda Big Wing showroom.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet customers in a polite and professional manner.
- Attend incoming phone calls and direct them to the concerned department/person.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide basic information about showroom services.
- Manage customer entries and visitor records.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, and other departments as required.
- Assist customers with appointments and showroom-related enquiries.
- Follow up on customer requirements when required.
- Ensure a positive customer experience at the showroom.

Eligibility
- Qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree
- Experience: Freshers can apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, confident, and customer-friendly personality.
