You are the first face every customer sees. You set the tone for the entire experience.

- Greet every customer warmly and professionally
- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and WhatsApp bookings
- Manage billing, session scheduling, and payments
- Maintain daily customer records and booking logs
- Coordinate with floor staff for smooth session flow
- Keep the reception area clean and premium at all times
- Handle customer feedback and resolve basic concerns

Requirements

- Prior experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, premium retail, or customer service (minimum 6 months)
- Fluent English communication, spoken and written
- Well-groomed and presentable at all times
- Comfortable using computers, billing software, and WhatsApp Business
- Confident, calm, and customer-first attitude




- Available for rotational shifts including weekends

Positive to Have

- Interest in motorsport, F1, or car culture
- Experience with POS systems or booking platforms
- Basic social media handling skills
