Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors and customers professionally. Answer and transfer incoming phone calls. Make outbound calls to customers and prospective clients. Explain products/services and provide relevant information.

Follow up with leads, enquiries, and existing customers from indiamart. Maintain records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups. Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings. Handle basic email, WhatsApp, and office communication.





Maintain the reception area and ensure a professional front-office setting. Coordinate with different departments to resolve customer queries. Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Required

SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasant personality and professional attitude. Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office. Good Hindi and English communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. Positive telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills. Strong follow-up and convincing skills.

Qualifications: Minimum graduate preferred. Prior experience in reception, telecalling, customer service, or front-office work is an advantage.
