Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive

Location:-Delhi NCR

Experience:-6 Months – 2 Years

Salary:-₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

*Handle sales, purchase, and leasing of residential, commercial, retail, industrial, and warehouse properties.

*Generate leads and identify potential clients and business opportunities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
- Conduct property site visits and client meetings.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Negotiate terms and close sales and leasing deals.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for documentation and transaction processes.
- Track market trends and maintain regular sales reports.

Requirements





- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Property Sales, or Leasing.
- Valuable communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Knowledge of Delhi NCR real estate market will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of property documentation and transactions.
