We are a real estate consultancy based in Alpha-2, Greater Noida, dealing in sales, purchase, and rental of residential and commercial properties. We're looking for a confident Sales Executive to handle client calling, lead follow-up, and coordination for site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential buyers, sellers, and tenants
- Explain property details - location, price, and features
- Follow up regularly with interested clients
- Schedule and coordinate site visits
- Maintain daily records of calls and leads
- Support the sales, purchase, and rental process from inquiry to closing

Requirements:

- Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Confident and clear speaking ability on phone
- Basic knowledge of Noida/Greater Noida localities preferred
- Comfortable with day-to-day calling targets
