We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our Real Estate Sales team.

Location: Site Sales Office, Seminary Hills, Nagpur

Experience: 5+ Years in Real Estate Sales & Closing

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

Handle prospective clients and understand their requirements

Conduct and manage property/site visits

Explain project details, flat sizes, pricing and payment plans

Generate leads and convert prospects into bookings

Follow up with clients throughout the sales process

Negotiate with clients and achieve monthly sales targets





Maintain solid client relationships and ensure successful closures

Required Skills:

✔ Strong experience in Real Estate Sales & Closing

✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills

✔ Target-oriented and self-motivated approach

✔ Basic knowledge of RERA and home-loan feasibility

✔ Strong client handling and convincing skills

✔ Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle
