Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market surveys to identify commercial properties and business opportunities.
- Search for potential clients interested in commercial leasing.
- Contact and communicate with prospective clients.
- Arrange and conduct client visits to commercial properties.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with property owners, clients, and senior team members.
- Assist seniors during negotiations and deal discussions.
- Support the team in closing commercial leasing transactions.
- Maintain proper records of leads, client interactions, and follow-ups.




- Develop and maintain good relationships with clients and property owners.

Candidate Requirements
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Vehicle with Driving License
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
- Willingness to travel locally for property surveys and client visits.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Candidates with previous experience in real estate, sales, leasing, or business development will be an advantage.
