Role Description The Real Estate Relationship Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru East, focused on managing and expanding ArborVitae’s real estate partnerships and portfolio. This role involves identifying and evaluating commercial properties, building and maintaining strong relationships with property owners, brokers, and developers, and negotiating lease and purchase agreements that align with business needs.

The Real Estate Relationship

Manager will coordinate site visits, oversee due diligence, track market trends in Bengaluru East and surrounding areas, and prepare regular reports and recommendations for internal stakeholders. The role also includes collaborating with finance, legal,



and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of real estate transactions, timely renewals, and optimal utilization of office and operational spaces.

Qualifications

- Experience in real estate relationship management, property acquisition, or commercial leasing, preferably in fast-growing or technology-focused organizations.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, negotiation, and contract review, with the ability to balance business needs and long-term partnership value.
- Proficiency in market research and analysis, including evaluating property options, assessing risks, and preparing data-driven recommendations.
- Solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru East, manage multiple deals concurrently, and maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
- Working knowledge of basic financial concepts related to leasing, rentals, and property investments; familiarity with legal and compliance aspects of real estate is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications in real estate or property management are a plus.
- Prior experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and comfort working in a energetic, AI-driven or technology-enabled business environment.
