Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Pune City.

The Real Estate

Agent will be responsible for sourcing, listing, and marketing residential and commercial properties that support SR Enterprises’ operational and strategic needs. Daily activities include meeting prospective sellers and buyers, conducting property visits, coordinating negotiations, and preparing documentation in line with local regulations.



The role involves maintaining accurate records of listings, agreements, and transactions, while providing clear, professional communication to all stakeholders.

The Real Estate

Agent will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely closures, favorable terms, and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and strong knowledge of Real Property regulations and compliance requirements.
- Candidates should possess solid Real Estate market knowledge and proven Sales abilities, including lead generation and deal closure.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships and handle inquiries professionally.
- Relevant experience in the Pune real estate market, including residential and commercial segments, is highly beneficial.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, along with proficiency in basic office and real estate listing software, are preferred.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple properties simultaneously, and maintain organized documentation is essential.
- A diploma or degree in business, commerce, real estate, or a related field is an advantage.
