Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Analyst to support commercial real estate asset management, portfolio management, and investment activities. The role will involve financial analysis, modeling, market research, performance tracking, valuation, and reporting. The Analyst will work with property managers, leasing teams, accountants, and investment professionals to monitor asset performance, evaluate investment opportunities, and support strategies that maximize property value and returns.

Responsibilities

- Assist with managing real estate assets and portfolios.
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling for acquisitions, dispositions, developments, and asset performance.
- Monitor occupancy, rental income, operating expenses, and other property performance metrics.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, reconciliation, and variance analysis.
- Prepare financial reports, investment proposals, presentations, and investment memos.
- Conduct market and competitive research on property values, rental rates, occupancy, and market trends.
- Review financial statements,



leases, rent rolls, tenant information, and other property documentation.
- Monitor lease expirations, tenant activity, capital expenditures, and property initiatives.
- Support asset valuation and financial modeling using Microsoft Excel and industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate with property managers, leasing agents, accountants, and investment teams.
- Assist with loan request documentation and investor or lender reporting.
- Identify asset-level and portfolio-level risks, opportunities, cost savings, and operational improvements.
- Maintain accurate property, portfolio, and market databases and support ad hoc analysis.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate or a related field.
- Strong understanding of real estate markets, property valuation, and investment principles.
- Knowledge of real estate financial modeling and investment analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Basic knowledge of lease administration and property operations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced workplace.
