Experience: 3 4 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Search and identify suitable commercial properties for current franchise stores.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Visit potential locations and evaluate footfall, visibility, accessibility, parking, and demographics.

Coordinate with property owners, brokers, and real estate agents.

Negotiate rental terms and collect property documents.

Prepare site evaluation reports and present recommendations to management.

Coordinate with legal and operations teams for lease finalization.

Track expansion targets and maintain a database of available properties.

Required Skills:

Must be willing to travel extensively across locations.

Knowledge of local real estate markets.





Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Market research and analytical ability.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Maps, and PowerPoint.

Problem-solving and relationship management.

Proficiency in English and Hindi Languages

Qualification:

Bachelor s degree (BBA, B.com, MBA, or equivalent).

Experience in retail expansion, franchise development, sales, or real estate is often preferred.
