Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage AR calls to resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues with healthcare providers.
- Identify and address denials by investigating root causes, appealing denied claims, and implementing corrective actions.
- Process patient statements, verify demographic information, and update records as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and improve revenue cycle management.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in AR calling or similar role in US healthcare industry.
- Solid understanding of revenue cycle management principles and practices.
- Excellent voice processing skills for effective communication with customers over the phone.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
