Job Description We're looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in Pharma Consulting and Staff Augmentation, with a proven ability to identify opportunities, build client relationships, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the complete business development lifecycle — from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closure.
Identify and develop current business opportunities within the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences industry.
Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and other outreach channels.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
Develop opportunities specifically around Pharma Consulting and Staff Augmentation services.
Support preparation of proposals, SOWs, presentations, and commercial discussions.
