Qualifications

Experience 3 to 5 Years
Solid digital campaign skills, including experience with social media marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), and paid advertising on platforms like Google and Meta.
Experience with content creation and management for digital channels, including basic copywriting and collaboration with designers for creatives.
Data-driven mindset with ability to use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) to measure performance and optimize campaigns.
Familiarity with email marketing tools, marketing automation, and lead generation strategies for B2B and assisted digital models.
Valuable understanding of fintech or digital payments domain, or robust interest in financial inclusion and agent-led service models.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant certifications in digital marketing or analytics are an advantage.
Prior experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role, preferably
