Job role: TALENT ACQUISITION EXECUTIVE

Location- Sinhagad Road (Corporate office).

Role & responsibilities:

1) Should be responsible for END-TO-END recruitment.

2) Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.

3) Determine selection criteria.

4) Screening potentials candidates through various job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn and references.

5) Timely closing of position in TAT.

6) Extend offers to potential candidates and salary negotiation.

6) Processing on boarding for new hires and necessary documentation work.

7) Joining formalities for recent employees.

8) Induction formality of the new joiner.

Preferred candidate profile:

1) Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.

2) MBA-HR will be preferred.

3) 0-1 Years of experience into Recruitment or 6 months internship of HR will also work.

4) Good Communication skills.

5) Inter personal skills, confident and should be able to communicate properly.

6) Paramilitaries with Social Media and resume database and professional networks.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
