Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced
BPO Sales / Business Development professional
for a senior-level
Manager / AGM / GM – Business Development
position in Noida.

This role is specifically focused on
B2B BPO sales, client acquisition, lead generation, business development, revenue generation and end-to-end sales closure
.

Candidates should have
8+ years of relevant experience in BPO Sales, Business Development, B2B Sales, International Sales, Domestic BPO Sales or Client Acquisition
, with a proven record of acquiring new clients and generating business for BPO/ITES organizations.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new BPO business through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking and client meetings
- Identify and acquire current




domestic and international BPO clients
- Generate qualified B2B leads and convert prospects into business opportunities
- Manage the complete sales cycle from
lead generation to negotiation and closure
- Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual
sales and revenue targets
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, commercial offers and sales reports
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and regularly update CRM
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and negotiations
- Coordinate with Operations, Recruitment and Delivery teams for successful client onboarding
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies for business growth
- Manage existing client relationships and identify opportunities for additional business
- Lead and mentor business development/sales team members where required
