Role & responsibilities
- Source candidates through field visits, local networks, references, job fairs, and other recruitment channels.
- Visit local markets , communities, colleges, and other potential candidate locations for recruitment.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with shortlisted candidates.
- Maintain a database of candidates and update recruitment records regularly.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
- Coordinate with the HR/recruitment team for candidate onboarding.
- Build solid relationships with local communities and candidate networks.
- Ensure candidates complete required documentation and joining formalities.
- Track candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process.
