Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will combine solid technical knowledge with sales expertise to identify business opportunities, understand customer requirements, recommend suitable solutions, and support the complete sales cycle.

The role will involve working with customers across industries such as Oil & Gas, Power, Infrastructure, Industrial Manufacturing, and related sectors.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Sales & Support
- Develop business plans and sales strategies for promoting fire protection, fire & gas, signalling units, and related technical products.
- Provide technical support throughout the sales process.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer meetings.




- Respond to customer technical queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Prepare technical proposals, product presentations, and supporting documentation.

Business Development
- Identify and develop new customers, applications, and business opportunities.
- Generate new enquiries through regular customer visits, networking, and product promotion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, EPC companies, end users, and other key stakeholders.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Follow up on enquiries and support opportunities through to closure.

Solution Development
- Understand customer applications, technical requirements, and project specifications.
- Work with internal technical and sales teams to develop customized solutions.
- Support the preparation of quotations, proposals, and technical submissions.
