They are urgently looking for Head Human Resources to oversee the entire HR / IR Operations of Group (Office , Manufacturing facility & PAN India site Management Team)

Job Purpose

The HR Head will be responsible for leading the overall HR function, ensuring effective

manpower planning, recruitment, employee performance management, policy

implementation, compliance,



employee engagement, & achievement of departmental

KPIs/KRAs.

Qualification & Experience
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Labor Laws, from a reputed institute with 10 to 17 Years of HR & IR experience in Manufacturing Environments
