Job Responsibilities
- Develop creative and visually engaging designs for social media platforms.
- Create social media posts, stories, reels, banners, campaigns, and promotional creatives.
- Understand brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all digital communication.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
- Convert marketing briefs and ideas into high-quality visual content.
- Design creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, design styles, and visual content formats.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver creatives within deadlines.
- Review and improve existing creative content based on campaign performance and feedback.
- Guide junior designers and review their work to maintain quality standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Graphic Design,



Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in social media and digital creative design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives and digital campaigns.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, layouts, colour combinations, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and manage multiple deadlines.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
