Purpose of the Role The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will act as the central execution authority of the organization, responsible for:



Translating the Board’s strategic vision into executable operations Building, aligning, and governing multi-industrial workflows Creating scalable systems, leadership pipelines, and accountability structures Driving disciplined growth across ongoing and recent ventures Ensuring operational excellence, ethical governance, and long-term sustainability This role is designed for an individual who believes in ownership, long-term growth, and institution-building, rather than short-term compensation.
