Position: Sales Engineer / Senior Sales Engineer

Location: Mumbai, Hyderabad, Kolkata

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Engineer / Senior Sales Engineer with 7 years of experience in B2B technical sales of Industrial Electronics, Electro-Mechanical Products, Electrical Components, Switchgear, Electrical Panel Accessories, or Instrumentation Products. This role involves developing business through Electrical Consultants, OEMs, EPC Contractors, Panel Builders, System Integrators, and Key Accounts while providing techno-commercial support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibility Areas:

1. Business Development
- Identify and develop recent business opportunities through Consultants, OEMs, EPC Contractors, Panel Builders, System Integrators, and Industrial Customers.
- Generate qualified sales leads through regular customer visits, networking, and market mapping.
- Achieve assigned sales targets by promoting the company's product portfolio and solutions.




- Support business expansion in assigned territories and industry segments.

2. Consultant & Key Account Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, key accounts, OEMs, and EPC customers.
- Work towards product approvals and vendor registrations with consultants and major customers.
- Ensure the company's products are specified in upcoming projects and tenders.
- Maintain regular engagement with key customers to identify repeat business and project opportunities.

3. Techno-Commercial Sales
- Understand customer applications and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Prepare techno-commercial offers, quotations, and pricing proposals.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Product Management, and Application Engineering teams for technical support.
- Participate in technical discussions, product presentations, and commercial negotiations with customers.

4. Customer Support & Order Execution
- Coordinate with engineering and tech
