We’re looking for a Chef to join our growing team at our Sheikh Sarai outlet.

Protein Pedlar is a modern food & beverage brand focused on juices, shakes, protein-focused food, coffee, healthy bowls and quick bites — *Not Just Juice. Fuel.*

Your Role
- Prepare food and beverages according to our recipes & standards
- Handle items such as wraps, momos, bowls, oats, poha, sandwiches/snacks and other quick-service food
- Maintain consistency in taste, portion size and presentation
- Manage basic kitchen prep and ingredient handling
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen
- Ensure proper food storage and minimize wastage
- Coordinate with the front-counter team for smooth order execution
- Handle busy periods efficiently, especially during lunch/evening rush
- Follow FSSAI and basic food-safety & hygiene practices
- Help maintain stock and inform management about low-stock ingredients

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef / Cook / Commis / QSR Kitchen Staff preferred




- Experience with Indian snacks, wraps, momos, café food or quick-service cooking is an advantage
- Positive understanding of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
- Ability to follow standardized recipes
- Good speed and consistency
- Responsible, punctual and disciplined
- Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced outlet
- Freshers with good cooking skills may also be considered

Working Hours

Full-time | Shift-based

Exact shift timings will be discussed during the interview.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹22,000/month, depending on experience and skills.

*Experienced candidates with strong QSR/café skills can discuss compensation accordingly.*
