Job description:

● Strategic Planning; Formulating business strategies and strategic utilization and deployment of available

resources to achieve organizational business objectives

● Establishing corporate goals, short term and long-term budgets and developing business plans for the

achievement of these goals

● Sales & Marketing: Conceptualizing & implementing strategies as a part of brand building and market

development effort.

● Forecasting monthly/annual sales targets and executing them in a given time frame thereby enhancing

existing clientele. Devising & effectuating competitive selling programs/strategies for improving product

awareness and enhancing business growth.

● Business Development: Identifying clients by comparative study of market variables such as

effectiveness, quality, cost etc., and providing them with superior service.





● Conducting extensive market research to analyze and assess market potential, tracking competitor activities for providing valuable inputs to marketing strategies.

● Identifying key/Institutional accounts and strategically secure profitable business

● Channel Management: Identifying and networking with financially solid and reliable dealers/channel

partners, resulting in deeper market penetration.

● Ensuring cost effective logistic operations & seamless products movement to ascertain sufficient inventory levels at each sales outlet/ distribution channel

● Relationship Management: Building and strengthening relationships with key accounts, medical

fraternity, opinion leaders and thereby ensuring high customer satisfaction by providing them with complete product support.

● Coordinating with the sales managers, product managers and zonal heads, ensuring smooth and profitable operations.
