Role & responsibilities :
- Lead production planning, scheduling, capacity planning, and WIP management to achieve production and delivery targets.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, QA, Maintenance, and Dispatch for smooth material and workflow movement.
- Monitor production vs. plan, machine utilization, bottlenecks, inventory, and delivery performance through MIS/ERP.
- Lead the planning team and drive process improvement, lean manufacturing, productivity, and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, materials, and plant capacity for timely order execution.

Preferred candidate profile :
- 58 years of experience in Production Planning/PPC, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong hands-on experience in Production Planning, Scheduling, Capacity Planning, WIP & MRP.
- Must have working experience with ERP systems; SAP/other ERP exposure preferred.
- Solid analytical, coordination, follow-up, and team management skills.
- Candidates from HVAC, Engineering, Sheet Metal, Industrial Products or similar manufacturing industries preferred.
