Job Opening: Lab Chemist (Chemical Section)

UMTL Pvt. Ltd. is a reputable material testing laboratory seeking a qualified and experienced Lab Chemist to manage and oversee the chemical testing section.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform chemical analysis of Water as per IS 3025 / IS 456 standards for construction usage.
Conduct chemical testing of Cement, Steel, Soil, Aggregates, and Admixtures.
Maintain daily lab registers, record test parameters, and prepare accurate test reports.
Handle and calibrate laboratory instruments (pH Meter, Titration apparatus, Weighing Balances, Hot Air Oven, etc.).
Ensure adherence to relevant Indian Standards (IS Codes) and quality control practices.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: B.Sc. in Chemistry / M.Sc. in Chemistry
Experience:
1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a Civil / Material Testing Laboratory (Candidates with strong technical basics may also apply).
Key Skills: Knowledge of IS Codes, Titration, Chemical Testing Procedures, and Basic Computer Operations for report entry.
Job Details & Work Perks:
Office Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Working Days: Weekly Sunday Off + 1 Extra Paid Leave Every Month
Salary: Best as per experience & industry standards (Negotiable)
