We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive / Business Development Executive who can generate new business opportunities, identify upcoming projects and develop strong relationships with clients and decision-makers.

Job Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through field visits, cold calling, references, online research and networking.
- Identify upcoming warehouse, industrial, commercial and construction projects.
- Generate enquiries for Fire Fighting & Fire Safety, Warehouse Works, PEB Works and Paver Block Supply & Installation.
- Visit construction sites, warehouses, factories, commercial buildings and project locations.
- Meet with Project Managers, Facility Managers, Purchase Managers, Contractors, Builders,



Consultants and Company Owners.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the estimation/technical team for quotations.
- Follow up with clients regarding quotations, enquiries, negotiations and order confirmations.
- Identify projects where fire fighting systems, PEB structures, warehouse works or paver block works are required.
- Develop relationships with builders, contractors, developers, facility management companies and industrial clients.
- Search and track current projects and upcoming construction activities in the assigned area.
- Maintain a proper database of leads, clients, enquiries, quotations and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the management and technical team until the project/order is finalized.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Submit regular reports regarding leads, client meetings, enquiries, quotations and sales status.
