Role & responsibilities
- Contact HDFC Bank customers through outbound/inbound calls and generate insurance leads.
- Explain Tata AIA life insurance, protection, savings and investment products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into business.
- Achieve monthly sales, premium and case-count targets.
- Coordinate with HDFC Bank teams for lead generation and customer follow-ups.
- Complete application, KYC and documentation requirements accurately.
- Maintain regular customer follow-up and provide post-sales support.
- Update leads, calls and sales activity in CRM/software.
- Ensure compliance with company and IRDAI guidelines.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduation preferred.
- 13 years of experience in telesales, insurance, banking,
BFSI or financial services preferred.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
- Telugu + English/Hindi/local language skills can be advantageous depending on location.
