Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, managing clients, achieving revenue targets, developing the sales team, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage the real estate sales team.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Generate and follow up on leads from digital marketing, referrals, channel partners, and other sources.
- Handle client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
- Convert potential leads into successful property sales.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
- Train and guide sales executives to improve their performance.
- Monitor daily sales activities, follow-ups, and team performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.




- Develop strategies to increase property sales and market presence.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation and promotional campaigns.
- Handle customer queries and support clients throughout the booking and closing process.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely collection of payments.
- Stay updated with the local real estate market, competitor projects, and pricing.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1–7 years of experience in real estate sales, with experience in a managerial or team-leading role preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to achieve challenging sales targets.
- Knowledge of CRM, lead management, and sales reporting.
- Good understanding of the real estate market and customer requirements.
