Job Description Project Manager – Railways Projects

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage railway infrastructure projects, ensuring timely completion, quality execution, cost control, and compliance with safety and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of railway civil infrastructure projects.
- Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, resources, manpower, and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and government authorities.
- Supervise construction activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular MIS/progress reports for management.
- Identify project risks, resolve site-level issues, and ensure timely corrective actions.




- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and statutory requirements.
- Manage billing, measurements, documentation, and project-related commercial activities.
- Lead and coordinate site engineering and execution teams.

Candidate Profile
- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction, preferably in Railways/Infrastructure projects.
- Solid knowledge of railway civil works, project execution, planning, and contract management.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to be based at project sites in Madhya Pradesh.

Preferred

Experience in Railway construction projects such as earthwork, bridges, track-related civil works, stations, ROB/RUB, drainage, and allied infrastructure will be preferred.Role & responsibilities
