Job Summary

The Full Stack Developer Senior is an experienced engineer who develops, tests, and deploys software across all layers of the development lifecycle with limited supervision. This role supports Customer Identity Onboarding (CIO) applications for FedEx.com, delivering secure, scalable, and reliable customer onboarding, account linking, customer activation, authorization, and organization management capabilities through integration with internal and third-party APIs. The position requires solid hands-on development skills across frontend, backend, and CIO integrations, along with experience applying cloud-native engineering practices and AI-enabled development tools to improve delivery quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack software components using Angular and Java-based microservices.
- Implement CIO features supporting customer onboarding, account linking, customer activation, authorization, and organization management.




- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate internal and third-party applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex issues across UI, backend services, and third-party applications.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
- Ensure solutions meet quality, security, performance, and reliability standards.
- Apply AI-enabled tools to improve code quality, testing effectiveness, debugging speed, and SDLC efficiency.
- Support cloud-native deployments (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and release activities.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to technical documentation, coding standards, and engineering best practices.
