Mandatory Skills
- 6-8 years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in Banking/Financial Services.
- Hands-on experience in Trade Finance, including:
- Import Letter of Credit (LC)
- Export Letter of Credit (LC)
- Bank Guarantee
- Trade Loans
- Related Trade Finance processes
- Hands-on experience with FLEXCUBE application.
- Good hands-on experience in manual testing.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, UAT, and defect lifecycle.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.





Preferred Skills
- Experience in end-to-end Trade Finance implementation projects.
- Positive understanding of Trade Finance transaction lifecycle and banking operations.
- Exposure to FLEXCUBE integration with other banking applications.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall environments.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.
