Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced
Business Development Manager – Corporate Services
to drive business growth and manage client relationships for services including
company incorporation, GST registration, intellectual property services, statutory compliance, and other corporate legal/compliance services
.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in
B2B sales, business development, client acquisition, relationship management, team leadership, and revenue generation
, preferably within corporate services, CA firms, legal services, tax/compliance, business consulting, or professional services.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets.
- Generate current business through outbound sales, referrals, networking, partnerships, and other channels.
- Identify and acquire clients requiring:
- Company/LLP incorporation
- GST registration and related services
- Intellectual Property (IP) registration and services
- Statutory and regulatory compliance




- Business licensing and other corporate services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable corporate/compliance solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Develop strategic partnerships with
CA firms, CS firms, law firms, consultants, startups, and SMEs
.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the business development/sales team.
- Track sales pipeline, conversion rates, revenue, and client acquisition metrics.
- Work closely with internal legal, compliance, taxation, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Handle client escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify recent market opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue.
- Prepare regular sales and business performance reports for management.
