Job Summary

We are looking for a HR professional preferably with prior experience of at least 4 years. Someone who is familiar with managing payroll, compliance, recruitment, policy making, Process building employee grievances.

KRAs
- The expectation is to manage the end to end of the employee lifecycle.
- Starting from defining the JD, hiring the person onboarding them in respect to all policies processes that are to be followed.
- You are to regularly interact with them by conducting morning stand ups, monthly 1 on 1s, monitoring performance, overseeing training, sending out eNPS surveys, collecting referrals.
- Apart from this you will also be responsible to collect performance data,



process payroll manage compliances.
- You will also be taking up the responsibility to ensure a positive employer brand high level of employee engagement at the office.
Role
- Daily reach the office ahead of time and conduct the morning standup, engaging our people and ensuring discipline.
- Actively track your tasks emails, stay organised, grouping them as daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc responsibilities and setting up automated remainders/alarms where required.
- As a senior HR on site you are expected to stay on top of your activities ensure any followups/ remainders required are made in the first half of the day.
- Ensure you set aside time to interact 1 on 1 with people, review activities of recruiter posting/chatting on LinkedIn.
- Ensure weekly reviews are taking place on Mondays across all departments try to join them.
