Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Executive internship role based in Bengaluru.



The intern will support day-to-day HR activities, including assisting with recruitment processes, scheduling interviews, updating candidate records, and coordinating onboarding documentation. Responsibilities may include maintaining employee databases, preparing HR reports, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and helping implement HR policies and procedures. The role also involves handling basic HR queries, coordinating training sessions, and ensuring accurate and timely documentation of HR-related activities. Interns will work closely with the HR team to learn best practices and build a strong foundation in human resource management.

Qualifications
- Solid interest in human resources, people management, and organizational development.
